NCAA Game Summary - James Madison at Duquesne

Pittsburgh, PA (Sports Network) - A layup by Derrick Colter and two free throws from Jerry Jones in the final minute, was key as the Duquesne Dukes held on to defeat the James Madison Dukes, 90-88, in overtime action of the Pittsburgh sub-regional of the Legends Classic at the Palumbo Center.
Sean Johnson had a game-high 20 points and Colter had 12 points and a game-high seven assists for Duquesne (1-2). Quevyn Winters chipped in 19 points and a game-high seven rebounds off the bench. Jones and P.J. Torres each had 12 points.
Rayshawn Goins recorded a double-double with a game-high 20 points and 15 rebounds for JMU (0-2). Alioune Diouf chipped in 14 points, while Andre Nation and Devon Moore added 19 and 13 points off the bench, respectively.
JMU played from behind for most of the first half. Duquesne shot a scorching 69.6 percent from the floor including 5-of-8 from beyond the arc, giving them a 44-36 lead at the break.
The Dukes stepped up their play in the second half, shooting 12-of-24 from the floor. Duquesne shot a meager 13-of-32, allowing JMU to come back. JMU would hit two free throws late in regulation to bring the game into overtime.
Duquesne shot 60.0 percent in overtime, while holding its the Dukes to a mere 3-of-9 (.333) effort from the floor.
Overall, Duquesne converted an impressive 53.3 percent from the floor in the win, and outscored the JMU bench 41-24.
