The Flyers held a 33-30 edge at the half, but the Dukes went on top by as many as three in the second stanza until the visitors took control with a surge in the final seven minutes.
Parker's jumper put Dayton up for good at 55-53 with 6:28 remaining. That was the beginning of a 13-3 spurt, finished by Johnson's three-pointer with 2:46 to go.
The Flyers, who went 14-of-27 from the field over the final 20 minutes, missed only two of their 16 foul shots and held a 41-24 rebounding advantage. They also overcame 20 turnovers, which led to 18 Duquesne points.
