NCAA Game Summary - Cal Poly at Northern Colorado (Saturday, February 18th) Final Score: Northern Colorado 81, Cal Poly 73 Greeley, CO (Sports Network) - Redshirt freshman Tevin Svihovec scored 34 points, leading a sharp-shooting Northern Colorado team to an 81-73 win over Cal Poly in a BracketBuster matchup at Butler-Hancock Sports Pavilion. Svihovec, who went 11-of-16 fro the floor and missed just one of his 11 free throws set a Northern Colorado NCAA Division I record for most points in a game. The previous high mark was Will Figures' 33 points at Weber State on Feb. 13, 2010. Mike Proctor added 11 points and 10 rebounds for the Bears (9-17), who also received 13 points from Emmanuel Addo and 11 from Paul Garnica. Northern Colorado shot 61 percent (25-of-41) from the field, including making half of its 16 three-point attempts. The Bears also held a 33-21 rebounding advantage. Chris Eversley scored 18 and Dylan Royer 16 for the Mustangs (15-13), who also got 11 points from Matt Titchenal. Amaurys Fermin ended with seven points and eight assists.
