NCAA Game Summary - Duquesne at Temple

Philadelphia, PA (Sports Network) - Khalif Wyatt scored 24 points as the Temple Owls held on to the top spot in the Atlantic 10 conference by dismantling the Duquesne Dukes 78-57 at the Liacouras Center.
Juan Fernandez scored 20 points on 6-of-7 shooting from three point range while handing out six assists for Temple (21-5, 10-2 A-10). The Owls have now won 10 straight.
Duquesne (15-11, 6-6) was led by B.J. Monteiro who scored 18 points and was the only player in double figures for the Dukes. Duquesne had won three of four entering play.
Temple shot an impressive 59.3 percent in the first half including a 5-of-11 showing from three point range and led 42-31 going into the locker room.
The Owls continued to shoot well in the second half knocking down 56.0 percent of their field goal attempts while limiting Duquesne to just 33.3 percent.
Temple served up 20 assists as a team while the Dukes had only nine helpers. Duquesne outrebounded the Owls 34-32 in the losing effort.
