NCAA Game Summary - Weber State at Montana State

Bozeman, MT (Sports Network) - Damian Lillard and Byron Fulton each scored 17 points as the Weber State Wildcats held on the beat the Montana State Bobcats 79-70 in Big Sky Conference action at Worthington Arena.

Scott Bamforth added 15 points and Kyle Tresnak chipped in 14 points for Weber State (21-4, 13-1 Big Sky), which has won five in a row and 14 of 15.

For Montana State (11-14, 6-8), Shawn Reid went for a career-high 31 points. Mohammed Fall contributed 13 points for the Bobcats, who have lost six straight.

Weber State shot a lights-out 58.1 percent from the floor in the first half to build a 42-24 lead heading into the break. Montana State shot just 9-of-27 in the frame.

The Bobcats' shooting improved to 51.5 percent from the floor after halftime, but Weber State kept a comfortable lead throughout.

It marks just the eighth time this season Lillard has scored less than 20 points in a game. His 25.1 ppg leads the nation.
