Final Score: Tennessee Tech 74, Eastern Kentucky 67

Cookeville, TN (Sports Network) - Jud Dillard scored 20 points and pulled down 10 rebounds to help lead the Tennessee Tech Golden Eagles to a 74-67 win over the Eastern Kentucky Colonels in Ohio Valley Conference play at the Eblen Center.

Also registering a double-double for the Golden Eagles (17-11, 9-6 OVC), as they snapped a two-game slide, was Zac Swansey with 10 points and a game-high 10 assists. Zach Bailey responded with 17 points off the bench and Bassey Inameti tacked on 13 points for the hosts as well.

The Colonels (14-14, 6-8) were paced by Jaron Jones who scored a game-high 21 points, followed by Mike DiNunno and Joshua Jones with 17 and 11 points, respectively, in the team's second straight setback.

EKU led by a single point early on in the meeting, but thanks to a 5-of-12 showing behind the three-point line in the period it was Tech that put up a 34-30 advantage at the break.

In the second half the Golden Eagles connected on 59.1 percent from the floor to put the meeting out of reach.

The visitors were outscored at the free-throw line by a 17-7 margin.
