NCAA Game Summary - Elon at Chattanooga

Chattanooga, TN (Sports Network) - Ricky Taylor posted 24 points and Omar Wattad added 22 points and eight rebounds in Chattanooga's 83-75 comeback triumph over Elon.
Drazen Zlovaric tallied 12 points and eight rebounds, while Jahmal Burroughs ended with 11 points and nine boards for the Mocs (10-16, 4-9 SoCon), who snapped a seven-game losing streak. They won for the first time since January 12 against Wofford thanks mostly to a big second-half rally.
Sebastian Koch totaled 20 points for the Phoenix (13-11, 8-5). Jack Isenbarger scored 14 to go with eight assists for Elon, which had a three-game winning streak broken. The Phoenix also received 13 points from Lucas Troutman, 12 from Drew Spradlin and 10 from Ryley Beaumont.
Troutman's free throw provided Elon with a 57-51 cushion with 12:11 remaining, but the Mocs then went on a 14-2 spurt, finished by a three-point play from Taylor with 8:09 to go. Taylor and Ronrico White hit back-to-back shots from beyond the arc during the big push.
A jumper from Troutman had Elon within 69-67 with 4:27 to play, but Zlovaric's layup culminated a 7-0 rally for the Mocs to essentially seal the outcome.
The big difference in this game was bench points, 25 for the Mocs and six for the Phoenix, which held a 41-38 halftime lead.
