Derek Selvig scored 15 points for the Grizzlies (16-6, 9-1 Big Sky) who have won five straight and 11 of their last 12. Will Cherry finished with 11 points. Art Steward pulled down nine rebounds.
Jourdain Allou topped Montana State (11-11, 6-5) with 15 points. Tre Johnson added 11 points but the Bobcats still lost their third straight. Rod Singleton and Mohammed Fall each had seven rebounds.
Montana led 37-28 at halftime after shooting 44.8 percent from the floor. Montana State was just 10-of-28 from the floor and missed all eight of its three-point attempts.
Montana shot 37.9 percent from the floor after halftime and went 5-of-13 from outside the arc. The Bobcats shot 40 percent from the floor but just 2-of-8 from long range.
The Grizzlies were 8-of-20 from three-point range for the game while the hosts were just 2-of-16.
