NCAA Game Summary - Dartmouth at Brown

Providence, RI (Sports Network) - Andrew McCarthy and Sean McGonagill each recorded double-doubles as the Brown Bears took down the Dartmouth Big Green in an Ivy League showdown at Pizzitola Sports Center.
McCarthy tallied 19 points and 11 rebounds while McGonagill added 11 points and 10 assists for Brown (7-13, 1-2 Ivy League). Jean Harris scored 15 points from off the bench and Dockery Walker added 10 points for the Bears, who are winners of back-to-back games for the first time all season.
For Dartmouth (4-15, 0-3), Jvonte Brooks scored 16 points, Tyler Melville chipped in 11, and Gabas Maldunas grabbed 11 rebounds. Big Green have lost seven of their last eight games.
Dartmouth led for the majority of the first half and took a 33-28 lead into halftime. While Big Green made just one more field goal than the Bears in the half, they converted on 6-of-6 free-throws while the Bears went just 1-of-2.
Dartmouth held a 51-45 lead with 7:33 left in the game, but Brown caught fire down the stretch, finishing on a 21-8 run to come away with the win. Big Green shot just 29.2 percent from the field after halftime.
Brown finished 16-of-20 from the free-throw stripe, including 7-of-8 in the final minute to ice the game.
