                     === Duncan leads Spurs past Sixers ===
 
 Philadelphia,  PA (Sports  Network) - Tim Duncan had 24 points and 17 rebounds
 in the San Antonio Spurs' 90-85 win over the Philadelphia 76ers.
 
 Tony  Parker added 20 points and eight assists, while Kawhi Leonard chipped in
 16 points and seven boards for the Spurs, who have won two straight road games
 after losing nine of their previous 11 away from home.
 
 Evan Turner tallied 18 points, 12 rebounds and seven assists for Philadelphia,
 which has dropped seven of its last nine contests.
 
 "I  think what you saw was a team that's very experienced...and made big plays
 to beat us," Sixers head coach Doug Collins said of the Spurs.
 
 The  Sixers trailed by as many as 17 in the second quarter, but roared back as
 they  used  a 23-4  run that  bridged the third  and fourth  frames to build a
 seven-point edge.
 
 Turner  and  Nick Young  had seven  points apiece during  the surge, which was
 capped  when  Young nailed a 3-pointer  and tough step-back jumper on back-to-
 back trips down the floor for an 82-75 Philly lead with 5:40 on the clock.
 
 San  Antonio,  though, clamped down  defensively and ended  the game on a 15-3
 burst.
 
 Leonard  knotted  the contest at 82-82  following his corner triple and Duncan
 nailed a turnaround jumper on San Antonio's ensuing possession for a two-point
 edge with 1:43 left.
 
 After Parker got his jumper to go a bit later for an 86-83 margin with 1:03 to
 go,  Jrue Holiday's cross-court pass was stolen by Danny Green and Parker sank
 two free throws with 20.2 ticks remaining to seal the outcome.
 
 "We finally got stops at the other end," Spurs head coach Gregg Popovich said.
 "We were fortunate to get the win."
 
 The  Spurs took a 25-17 cushion after a quarter of play and a 9-0 swing in the
 second  gave San  Antonio its  largest lead  at 43-26  with 4:02  to go  until
 halftime.
 
 San  Antonio headed  into the break with  a 49-35 edge and were up 71-64 after
 three.

 Philadelphia  had  a 48-36 points in  the paint advantage ... Holiday finished
 with  15  points and  eight assists  ... Tiago  Splitter had  10 points and 12
 boards for the Spurs.
