The Broncos got off to a bad start as the first snap of the game went over Peyton Manning's head and in to the end zone, where Denver recovered for a safety to give Seattle a 2-0 lead.

Running back Marshawn Lynch plunged in from a yard out to give the Seahawks a 15-0 lead in the second quarter.

Late in the first half, with Denver driving, Malcolm Smith intercepted Peyton Manning's pass and returned it 69 yards for a touchdown to make the score 22-0 at halftime.

Receiving the second half kickoff, Percy Harvin just about ended any hopes for a Denver comeback by returning the kick 87 yards for a touchdown. 29-0 Seattle.
