(SportsNetwork.com) - Kansas center Joel Embiid will reportedly enter the NBA Draft after just one season with the Jayhawks.
According to Yahoo Sports, a formal announcement is expected soon.
Embiid missed Kansas' last two regular-season games, as well as the Big 12 Tournament and both of the Jayhawks' NCAA Tournament games because of a back injury.
The 7-footer from Cameroon had a terrific freshman campaign, averaging 11.2 points, 8.1 rebounds and 2.57 blocks while helping the Jayhawks to the Big 12 regular-season crown.
Kansas' season came to an end with a third-round NCAA Tournament loss to Stanford.
