Kari Lehtonen made 42 saves and the Dallas Stars defeated the Vancouver Canucks 2-1 on Sunday.
Valeri Nichushkin and Erik Cole scored for Dallas (11-7-2), which was coming off a 7-3 victory over the Calgary Flames on Thursday and extended its road winning streak to six games.
Henrik Sedin scored for Vancouver (11-8-3), which got 21 saves from Roberto Luongo as the Canucks dropped their fourth in a row.
After Lehtonen kept Vancouver off the scoreboard in a second period that had Vancouver hold a 20-6 edge in shots, Cole made it 2-0 early in the third.
Henrik Sedin made a poor decision to step up at the Dallas blue line while covering for a pinching Kevin Bieksa, resulting in a 2-on-1 break the other way that saw Cody Eakin pass to Cole for his second of the season at 1:42 of the third.
