Las Vegas Police are investigating a reported break-in at the boxer Floyd Mayweather Jr.’s home.
It happened over the weekend and initial accounts indicate it was a forced entry. Police say no suspects have been identified or apprehended.

The case remains under investigation, Las Vegas Police Public Information Officer Danny Cordero told Fox News.
He went on to say a Mayweather’s employee reported a burglary to the police department. No one was home at the time of the break-in and it was not known exactly what items were taken.

Mayweather's Wood Creek Court estate is located in the Vegas neighborhood of Southern Hills. The retired boxer was not home at the time of the break-in, according to multiple social media posts that showed he was in Los Angeles celebrating his 40th birthday. TMZ reported that Mariah Carey sang “Happy Birthday” to him at the JW Marriot in Los Angeles surrounded by other stars.
Another property of Mayweather’s in Summerlin, near Las Vegas, was burglarized in 2008, according to the Las Vegas Review Journal. Two thieves broke into the house and ran off with an estimated $7 million in jewelry.
