The Philadelphia Eagles' decision to move up in the draft to select Carson Wentz appears to be the stuff of genius after three games. The rookie quarterback has helped the franchise jump out to a 3-0 start, and the league has definitely taken notice.

Wentz was named NFC Offensive Player of the Week on Wednesday after his stellar performance against the Steelers in Week 3. The No. 2 pick completed 23 of 31 attempts for 301 yards and two touchdowns in Philly's 34-3 win.

Wentz, who was named Offensive Rookie of the Week after his first game, has exceeded all expectations at this point, converting 65 percent of his passes for 769 yards with five touchdowns and no interceptions. The Eagles are in the middle of their bye week and will face the Lions in Week 5.
