Denny Hamlin had a unique way of unveiling his throwback paint scheme for the Bojangles' Southern 500 at Darlington Raceway.

Known for being social media savvy, Joe Gibbs Racing had Hamlin reveal the car during a Facebook Live stream on Wednesday evening.

Hamlin's No. 11 Toyota scheme will honor the cars FOX NASCAR analyst and three-time NASCAR Premier Series champion Darrell Waltrip raced from 1975-84.
