The Phil Mickelson show is contining Friday in the second round of the British Open.
After shooting a 63 in the first round Thursday, Mickelson extended his stretch of bogey-free golf to 29 holes Friday before finally bogeying the 12th. That included more success at the Postage Stamp, where he nearly sunk a hole-in-one on the eighth hole on this incredible shot:
Mickelson has shrugged off the rainy conditions to move to 10 under par through 12 holes -- good enough for a three-shot lead.
