Getting fans into a minor league ballpark isn't always easy, which leads teams to try creative things with their uniforms. Some elect to cover their jerseys in emoji, while others plaster "Bacon USA" across the front.

The West Michigan Whitecaps, the Class A affiliate of the Detroit Tigers and the team behind the emoji jerseys, is paying tribute to Han Solo on "Star Wars Night" Saturday. On the front of the jersey is an image of Solo frozen in carbonate, which is one of the more memorable scenes from the original trilogy.

Sadly, this isn't the first time a team has put Han Solo on their jerseys. The Tennessee Smokies did the same back in May, though the Whitecaps' are marginally better.
