The Carolina Hurricanes on Saturday used their seven picks in Rounds 2-7 of the 2016 NHL Draft to add four forwards, two goaltenders and one defenseman to the organization's depth chart. The players join defenseman Jake Bean (13th overall, Calgary – WHL) and forward Julien Gauthier (21st overall, Val d'Or – QMJHL), whom the team selected on Friday, to round out the Hurricanes' nine-player 2016 draft class.
