The Philadelphia Phillies would like to turn the page and forget all about Thursday's 13-2 loss to the Toronto Blue Jays. And that is especially true for center fielder Odubel Herrera.

Herrera thought he was being a nice guy by tossing a souvenir into the stands following a routine catch in the eighth inning.

It was a nice gesture, and the fans at Citizens Bank Park probably deserved something for sticking around until the eighth inning of a blowout.

The only problem for Herrera? That was just the second out in the inning, and Edwin Encarnacion was on first base. Well, at least he was until he was awarded third base on the gaffe. Encarnacion eventually came around to score, and Kevin Pillar later added a two-run homer in the inning. But the real damage was done before Herrera's gaffe anyway.
