An annual display of speed and glamor, the Formula One Monaco Grand Prix always brings out celebrities, and not just the 22 drivers behind the wheel.

One singer/songwriter of particular note at Sunday's race, was 22-year-old Justin Bieber, who went down to congratulate race winner Lewis Hamilton immediately following the race:

First man to congratulate @LewisHamilton?? @justinbieber, of course 😄 pic.twitter.com/C2aqk3C2dr
