MLB commissioner Rob Manfred visited Dyersville, Iowa, Thursday to announce the upcoming tour locations for the cross-country Baseball Hall of Fame Tour, which will bring historical treasures from Cooperstown for fans to see.

To commemorate the occasion, MLB got Dodgers legend Vin Scully to recite the speech Terence Mann (played by James Earl Jones) gives to Ray Kinsella - and it will give you chills.

People will come, Vin.
