Tampa Bay goalie Ben Bishop's left leg injury isn't as serious as initially feared.

Bishop twisted the leg awkwardly in the first period of a 3-1 victory over the Pittsburgh Penguins in Game 1 of the Eastern Conference finals Friday night and left on a stretcher. The Vezina Trophy finalist said tests revealed no significant damage but it's unclear whether he'll be able to play in Game 2 on Monday night.

If Bishop can't go, Andrei Vasilevskiy will fill in as the Lightning try to take a 2-0 lead in the best-of-seven series. Vasilevskiy made 25 saves after coming in for Bishop.

The Penguins will stick with rookie goaltender Matt Murray. Pittsburgh has not dropped consecutive games during the playoffs.
