MILAN --

Inter Milan kept its slender hopes of securing a Champions League spot alive as it struggled to a 1-0 win at 10-man Frosinone in Serie A on Saturday.

Mauro Icardi's 74th-minute header into the top far corner from Ivan Perisic's cross was enough to give Inter all three points. It was the Inter captain's 50th goal in 100 league matches for the club.
