Bills reach deal to re-sign Incognito to 3-year contract

BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) The Buffalo Bills have reached an agreement to re-sign offensive guard Richie Incognito to a three-year contract worth $15 million.

The Bills announced the agreement being reached on Tuesday afternoon, a day before Incognito was scheduled to become an unrestricted free agent. A person with direct knowledge of the contract terms provided the details to The Associated Press on the condition of anonymity because the Bills did not release those figures.

Incognito enjoyed a comeback season last year after spending about 15 months out of football for being a central figure in the Miami Dolphins' bullying scandal in 2014. He started all 16 games for the Bills and was part of an offensive line that helped Buffalo lead the NFL in yards rushing.
