BUFFALO, N.Y. (AP) Buffalo Bills left tackle Cordy Glenn has signed his $13.7 million franchise tender, the player's representatives announced on their Twitter account.

Sports Trust Advisors posted a message of the signing that began with the words: ''It's official!''

Glenn signed the one-year offer on Friday, three days after the Bills designated him as their franchise player. The move by the Bills retained their rights to Glenn before NFL free-agency opens Wednesday.

Though Glenn signed the tender, the two sides have until July 15 to negotiate a long-term contract.

Glenn was selected in the second round of the 2012 draft out of Georgia, and has started 61 games for Buffalo. Last year, he was part of a line that helped Buffalo lead the league with 2,432 yards rushing.
