The Arizona Cardinals announced Monday that they have re-signed punter Drew Butler. He has averaged 42.5 yards per punt in 31 regular-season games for the Cardinals over the past two seasons.

Butler's net punting average of 35.4 yards ranked last among NFL punters last season, but coach Bruce Arians has spoken highly of his ability to pin opponents inside their 20-yard line.
