Balotelli, 25, joined AC Milan from Liverpool last summer on a season-long loan. Injuries have limited Balotelli to just five games, but he has regained his fitness and now is expected to feature heavily for AC Milan in the last four-and-a-half months of the season.

Meanwhile, the Balotelli superfan should be concerned about one thing above all else: When one of soccer's biggest mavericks wonders whether he has gone mad, he probably already has gone over the edge.
