Aaron Rodgers and the Green Bay Packers' prayers were answered.

With five seconds left, Rodgers threw up a Hail Mary and wide receiver Jeff Janis came down with it to tie the game and force overtime.

The play was reviewed after it appeared that a Cardinals defender punched the ball from Janis' possession. The officials upheld the call and the Packers forced overtime.
