Offensive guard Daniel Burton is not expected to join Matt Campbell and the Cyclones when they take the field in 2016.

He may opt to transfer. Burton has received interest from other schools, and as a graduate transfer, he seems content to evaluate his other football options.

Iowa State was already losing four starters on the offensive line going into the offseason. Losing Burton would make five, and he was supposed to anchor that group in 2016.

Campbell sure has his work cut out for him in finding an entirely new offensive line in the coming months.
