While fans of the New Orleans Saints got the great news on Wednesday that head coach Sean Payton would be back with the team, the attention immediately shifted to the future of Drew Brees. Fortunately, if you ask Brees, there's no chance that he'll be leaving town, and definitely won't be playing for another coach either.

Via the official Twitter of the New Orleans Saints and WWL Radio:

So, there you have it. Yes, Brees has a massive $30 million cap hit this season coming to the Saints, but he's already made it known that he would be more than open to an extension which would help that number.

Brees is not just the best option on the Saints currently, he's still one of the best quarterbacks in the entire NFL. If we're being blunt, the Saints would be crazy to let him leave town, even nearly at the age of 37.
