Philadelphia Flyers captain Claude Giroux is a man of few words - both spoken and written.
Giroux certainly didn't veer off course when he filled out an end-of-the-year questionnaire by The Players' Tribune recently. The 27-year-old provided brief handwritten answers that could raise an eyebrow for those who don't follow his Twitter page, case in point his response pertaining to his New Year's resolution.

"(My New Year's resolution is ...) eat more grilled cheese sandwiches."
Giroux, who has "love grilled cheese" as his Twitter bio, isn't exactly setting the bar high with his answer. Then again, give Giroux credit for publicly divulging his response over a week away from the calendar officially entering January.
The Ontario native also declared that the Toronto Blue Jays would win the 2016 World Series. Considering the plight of sputtering Philadelphia Phillies, Giroux shouldn't hear too much about it from the residents in the City of Brotherly Love.
