When sophomore Randy Ramsey was dismissed from Arkansas last spring, many assumed that would be the last they heard of the talented linebacker from Florida. According to head coach Bret Bielema, Ramsey's academics were not in order, which ultimately lead to his removal from the team.

"He has got to have some urgency in the classroom immediately," Bielema said in April, regarding Ramsey's absence. "No off-the-field [stuff], just got to get him going in the classroom because we invest a lot in them and we hope to have our biggest returns when they are sophomores, juniors and seniors and getting better."

Apparently Ramsey has been hitting the books, as 247Sports is reporting the sophomore is on his way back to Fayetteville. As a freshman in 2014, Ramsey had yet to make his mark with the team, however with linebacker depth currently an issue with the Hogs, his return would be a welcome one to Robb Smith's defense.
