Astros' McCullers shows off box-jumping skills with Instagram video

The offseason brings with it a lot of free time for ballplayers - so why not share videos to social media pages showing off your physical skills? Washington Nationals star Bryce Harper recently posted a video of a crazy box-jump, as did Brett Lawrie of the Oakland Athletics.

Enter Houston Astros right-hander Lance McCullers - who did a 61.5 inch box-jump and posted it to his Instagram page on Wednesday. Check it out:
