Much of the discussion leading into Alabama's trip to Mississippi State centered on MSU quarterback Dak Prescott and his opportunity to make a name for himself in the Heisman Trophy race. In reality, the Tide's road trip to Starkville only continued to showcase running back Derrick Henry and his ability to wear down any SEC defense.
In the 31-6 win, Alabama's star back piled up 204 rushing yards and two touchdowns on only 22 rushing attempts. This run before just before the half really took the Bulldog crowd out of the game:

Henry's second rushing score of the game sealed the victory and turned the game into a laugher:
With games against Charleston Southern and at 5-4 Auburn in the Iron Bowl, Henry may not have another chance to impress Heisman voters until the SEC Championship game - of course the Tide have to win its annually rivalry finale to get to Atlanta.
If Henry piles up another huge day on the ground on a very good Florida defense, he should be considered the favorite to win Alabama's second Heisman Trophy.
