Rex Ryan has never been shy about making his feelings known in the media. He's also not afraid to stir the pot a bit before a game.

Throughout his career, he's named former players of his team's opponent each week as captains, taking a jab at the opposing squad. This week, Ryan returns to the Meadowlands to visit his former team, the New York Jets, for the first time since being fired.

As expected, Ryan will keep the captain-switching trend going this week in what is certainly his best troll yet.

On Monday, Ryan confirmed that IK Enemkpali, the defender who broke Geno Smith's jaw with a sucker punch in training camp, will be a captain for Thursday's game against the Jets.

Needless to say, it doesn't get any better than that. And when Ryan got word that it was creating buzz on Twitter, he said "Maybe we should let him go out alone."

Ryan has downplayed his return to New York thus far, but he's obviously taking it extremely seriously by making Enemkpali a captain. Todd Bowles and the Jets probably won't let the move bother them, but it's obvious that Ryan is trying to get in their heads.
