Two quarterbacks from the same team own the top two single-game passing-yard totals in the country.

Cincinnati's Gunner Kiel threw for a career-high 523 yards and four touchdowns in his team's 33-30 loss to nationally ranked Houston on Saturday. The Bearcats' unhappy result largely was due to two interceptions Kiel threw and his inability to hit receivers on four straight passes on the game's final drive.

Freshman Hayden Moore still holds the nation's season high for passing yards, with a Cincinnati-record 557 in a 53-46 loss to Memphis on Sept. 24. Moore was pressed into duty late in the first quarter of that game when Kiel went out with a neck injury.
