They say that in never rains at Autzen Stadium. Tell that to Cal and Oregon players that played in Eugene in 2013.

When the Ducks and Bears played in Eugene on Sept. 28, 2013, there downpour in Eugene was as bad as some had ever seen it.

The contest was Cal QB Jared Goff's first road start and the Ducks won the game 55-16. However, that's not what most of the players or coaches remember. It's the rain.

"It was like playing in a dishwasher or a washing machine," recalled Oregon coach Mark Helfrich, per The Register-Guard. "I've never seen it rain like that. Ever. I've lived in this state for most of my life. That was bizarre."

"I remember feeling like I just jumped in a swimming pool and got out," Goff told the Bay Area News Group this week. "I remember standing on the sideline being really cold. I'm excited to go back up there."
