WILLIAMSBURG, Va. (AP) Kendell Anderson scored three touchdowns, including the go-ahead score, to lift William & Mary to a 44-41 win over James Madison on Saturday night.

Trailing 41-37 late in the fourth quarter, William & Mary (6-2, 4-1 Colonial Athletic Association) drove 82 yards in 11 plays to set up Anderson's winning touchdown, which he punched in from the 2 with 41 seconds left. Then a James Madison fumble on the first play after the kickoff was recovered by defensive end Peyton Gryder and the Tribe ran out the clock to seal a fourth-straight win.

Anderson had 138 yards on 30 carries. Mikal Abdul-Saboor also had three touchdowns for the Tribe, and DeAndre Houston-Carson returned a blocked PAT attempt for a 2-point defensive conversion.

James Madison (7-2, 4-2) got 227 yards passing and a touchdown from Bryan Schor, who started in place of injured Vad Lee, who is out for the season.
