Halloween is coming up this weekend, so inspired jack-o-lantern creations are making their way around the Internet.
In Game 6 of the ALCS, the game in which the Kansas City Royals punched their ticket to a World Series matchup with the New York Mets, a fan in right-center field garnered attention by catching Mike Moustakas' line-drive home run. After an instant replay review (to see if coarsely-bearded 19-year-old Royals fan Caleb Humphreys caught the ball before it cleared the fence) went in the Royals' favor, the homer stood and the Royals wound up winning by one run.
For whatever reason, an apparent Toronto Blue Jays fan by the name of Marco Cortez saw fit to capture the moment with a particularly impressive pumpkin-carving portrait of Humphreys, which Cortez shared on his Instagram page.
That's...a pretty eerie likeness, isn't it?
