Badgers center Dan Voltz out for season

Badgers starting center Dan Voltz has battled injury issues for a couple of seasons now. Last year he dealt with ankle issues and this season has fought threw elbow problems, but now his season is over.

Against Illinois on Saturday, Voltz left the game after suffering a right knee injury and did not return. Today during his Monday press conference, head coach Paul Chryst announced they will be without the starting center for the rest of the season:

Starting left guard Michael Deiter will move to center, while redshirt freshman Micah Kapoi will now start at left guard.
