Every NFL player has their own way of preparing themselves for another game. For New York Giants running back Rashad Jennings, his 25-minute pregame warm-up includes drills and some dance-like movements work in unison to help him get loose.

Working within the Giants' three-man rotation at running back, Jennings has been much more effective on a per touch basis in 2015 than he was in 2014. Through five games, Jennings has totaled 292 yards and two touchdowns on 64 combined rushing attempts and receptions.
