Devontae Booker currently ranks in the Top 5 on a recent Heisman Watch. Chris Nicoll Chris Nicoll-USA TODAY Sports

Before the season, Devontae Booker announced plans to "run for 2,000 yards and win the Heisman." After five games, how does Booker look in that projection?

Booker has 665 yards, 6 TD's and 4.8 yards per carry through five games. He's also in the national top-10 in rushing yards with 133 yards per game. He recorded 267 total yards (including 222 on the ground) vs. Cal on Saturday. He's also added 194 receiving yards (10.2 yards per catch) this season.

ESPN.com's latest 2015 Heisman Watch lists Booker at No. 5 overall in their rankings. He sits behind dominant running backs like Leonard Fournette, Ezekiel Elliott and Dalvin Cook as well as TCU quarterback Trevone Boykin.

The only other representative from the Pac-12 on the list is Stanford QB Kevin Hogan, ranked No. 10 overall.
