Florida's defense will be facing a stiff test as it travels to LSU this weekend.
Running back Leonard Fournette will obviously garner much of the attention...and for good reason. Fournette has rushed for over 1,000 yards in only five games this year, and is rushing at an 8.6 yards-per-carry clip.

Linebacker Jarrad Davis was asked about the prospects of defending versus Fournette. The Florida athlete spoke about the need to be physical at the point of attack, as well as having a physical mindset against the big back.
While Florida ranks No. 16 in total defense, it did struggle against Tennessee running back Jalen Hurd earlier in the year. While Hurd isn't the talent Fournette is, the UT rusher is similar in size to LSU's rusher. Hurd ran for 102 yards on 28 carries versus the Gators. The biggest issue for Florida was wrapping up Hurd. Often times, he was able to break multiple tackles en route to sizable gains.
If Florida struggles in this capacity against Fournette, he could shred the Gators' defense for big chunks of yardage.
