There was a time early last season when the Cavaliers were strongly considering inserting Joe Harris into the team's starting lineup.

It only happened once, and Harris' role diminished significantly as the season progressed.

After a slow start in training camp, fans may be wondering if Cleveland might make better use of that roster spot. But according to Chris Haynes of Cleveland.com, there's almost no chance that Harris doesn't end up with one of the team's 15 available spots on the roster.

Joe Harris isn't playing his best, but he's not at risk of being a roster casualty.

This post is to clear up any confusion fans may have as to who is on the bubble to make the Cleveland Cavaliers' 15-man regular season roster.

Harris' salary for this upcoming season is guaranteed at $845,059. The second-year guard is a lock to remain on the squad, team officials insist.
