COLUMBUS, Ohio -- Maryland football coach Randy Edsall had to endure questions about his job security leading up to his team's visit to Ohio Stadium on Saturday afternoon.
After his Terrapins lost 49-28 to the top-ranked Buckeyes, he ran out of patience.
Edsall fielded four minutes of inquires, some about the game but most about his job status, before a Maryland official announced there would be two more questions.
But the next one, about whether he typically makes a point of shaking hands with his players during pregame warmups, as he did Saturday morning, turned out to be the last one.
Losers of three in a row, the Terps are off this week before playing host to Penn State on Oct. 24.
