Washington Redskins tight end Jordan Reed was forced from Sunday's 23-20 win over the Philadelphia Eagles with what is believed to be a concussion, per Redskins head coach Jay Gruden.
Before the injury, Reed caught 5-of-8 targets for 37 yards, but he also lost a fumble. It was not the strongest effort for the tight end who had emerged as Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins' top target.
Reed has a history of concussions, dating back to his collegiate football days, and there is currently no timetable for his return to action.
