For the second straight day, Indianapolis Colts quarterback Andrew Luck was a limited participant in the team's practice due to a sore shoulder.
Per the Indianapolis Star, backups Matt Hasselbeck and Alex Tanney handled the bulk of the reps in preparation for Sunday's game against the Jacksonville Jaguars. Luck handed the ball off each time in the limited snaps he did take in the portion of practice open to the media.
The Colts said Wednesday Luck is considered day-to-day after hurting his shoulder in last week's comeback win over the Tennessee Titans. Luck told reporters he expects to play Sunday against the Jaguars.
"It didn't feel as good as I would have liked to after the game," Luck told reporters Wednesday. "We're going to take it day-by-day, and expect to play that's for sure. Obviously going to defer to doctors, trainers and coaches on everything when it comes to that but hopefully a little more tomorrow and ready to go."
Luck has been hit 21 times though the first three games and sacked five times.
