Ravens receiver Breshad Perriman's return may be delayed yet again.

Perriman was held out of practice Monday after aggravating his knee injury while running during pregame warmups on Sunday. Perriman seemed to be getting closer to a return after practicing for the first time in eight weeks last Thursday.

The Ravens could certainly use the services of their 26th overall pick, as both Kamar Aiken and Marlon Brown have failed to make a significant impact in the passing game across from Steve Smith Sr., who has 25 receptions for 349 yards. Aiken and Brown each have six catches without a touchdown through three games.

Quarterback Joe Flacco didn't seem too thrilled about having to answer questions about a receiver he's never thrown to.

"It's not something that I'm going to worry about until I know for sure that he's coming back," Flacco said via ESPN.com's Jamison Hensley. "Just tell me when he's coming back. Other than that, don't really bother me with it, because it's not something we can worry about at this point."

Tight end Crockett Gillmore also sat out practice with a calf injury he suffered on Sunday. Gillmore caught three balls for 40 yards in the first half, but was held out of the lineup in the second.
