Another week and we have more jaw-dropping stuff from Leonard Fournette, who has emerged as my clear top guy.

1. Leonard Fournette, RB, LSU: He's faced three FBS opponents and is averaging over 210 yards per game. He has looked like a man among boys against every team he has faced. If not for a formation penalty, the 230-pound sophomore would've gone for over 300 yards at Syracuse Saturday.

2. Nick Chubb, RB, Georgia: He keeps rolling up 100-plus yard games and deserves more of the spotlight but given how Fournette has dominated the RB news, it's going to take Chubb a few bigger games against better opponents -- and/or the LSU stud to backslide.

3. Trevone Boykin, QB, TCU: I was tempted to put his teammate, WR Josh Doctson, in the Top 5, but I'll go with Boykin who threw for 509 yards on a 34-of-54 afternoon in a shootout win at Texas Tech. It marked the second consecutive game where the dual-threat quarterback topped the 400-yard mark.

4. Myles Garrett, DE, Texas A&M: The best defensive player in college football came through again late in the Aggies' win over Arkansas. Garrett was held on the play but still blew past his defender to make a sack/forced fumble.

5. Jordan Howard, RB, Indiana: The former UAB star keeps piling up big numbers and has sparked the Hoosiers to their first 4-0 start since 1990. At Wake Forest, he gained 168 yards to give him 675 for the season.
